Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces Major Expansion with the Acquisition of WinField United’s Professional Products Group

McKinney, TX – November 4, 2022:

Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired from WinField United, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes, Inc., its Professional Products Group (“PPG”). Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

PPG is a leading green industry distributor that provides technical expertise, solutions, and service across the following market segments: Golf, Lawn Care, Sports Turf, Ornamental, Pest Control, Aquatics, and Vegetative Management. PPG operates 16 distribution locations across 12 states, including 5 new states for Heritage. PPG will continue to be led by Scott Gault, along with its experienced sales and operations team. Over the coming months, PPG will transition its name to Heritage Professional Products Group (“Heritage PPG”) and continue to provide the same great service from the same team determined to be the top solutions-driven distributor partner in the industry.
