Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces expansion in Nebraska with the acquisition of Heritage Nursery

McKinney, TX – March 13, 2026

Heritage Landscape Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Heritage Nursery (the “Company”), a distributor of nursery products and live goods. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989 by Bill Spittler, Heritage Nursery operates two locations in Omaha, NE and Lincoln, NE and currently employs a team of 20 people. Bill will continue to lead their dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
