Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces expansion in Virginia with the acquisition of Frederick Block, Brick & Stone

McKinney, TX – June 6, 2025: 
Heritage Landscape Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Frederick Block, Brick & Stone (“FBBS” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of natural & manufactured stone, masonry supplies, brick, and other related materials. 
Founded in 1967 and headquartered in Winchester, VA, the Company currently operates out of four facilities across Virginia and employs a team of 60+ people. FBBS is operated by third generation owner Steve Slaughter, who will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
