Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces expansion in New England with the acquisition of Freshwater Farms, Inc.

McKinney, TX – October 18, 2024:

Heritage Landscape Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Freshwater Farms, Inc. (“FWF” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of landscape materials, including hardscapes, bulk materials, and nursery products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Atkinson, NH, FWF was founded in 1988 by Chuck Morse, who still runs the Company today. FWF employs a team of 37 people and operates on a large, 13-acre site. Chuck will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
