Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces expansion in Florida with the acquisition of Big Earth Landscape Supply

McKinney, TX – January 9, 2026:

Heritage Landscape Supply Group (“Heritage Landscape”) announced today that it has acquired Wholesale Landscape Supply, Inc. dba Big Earth Landscape Supply (“Big Earth” or the “Company”), a distributor of bulk aggregates & mulch, sod, hardscapes, and other landscape materials. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Bradenton, FL, and owned by Al Rickert and Raymond Warner, Big Earth operates five locations across central Florida. The Company employs a team of more than 50 people. Al and Raymond will retire at closing, while Adam Rickert, Al’s son, will continue to lead Big Earth’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
