Heritage Landscape Supply Group announces expansion in Northeast with the acquisition of Stateline Irrigation Supply, Inc.

McKinney, TX - March 28, 2025:

Heritage Landscape Supply Group (“Heritage”) announced today that it has acquired Stateline Irrigation Supply, Inc. (“Stateline” or the “Company”), a wholesale distributor of irrigation, lighting, and landscape products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, Stateline was founded in 1988 by partners Bob Cashin, Mark Gallant, and Bob Fragala. The Company operates out of nine facilities across four states (MA, NH, CT, RI) and currently employs a team of 33 people. Stateline is run today by Bob Fragala’s son, Rob, who will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
